Real Estate
All real estate of the University System of Georgia is owned by and titled to the ¾º²Â×ãÇòapp,Âò×ãÇò¾º²Êapp of Regents. Real Estate and Facilities¡¯ staff process all leases and contracts for sale or purchase of real estate on behalf of the ¾º²Â×ãÇòapp,Âò×ãÇò¾º²Êapp. We also develop and maintain due diligence guidelines for leases of private real estate, use by others of Regents¡¯ real estate, sale, purchase, or gift of real estate, easements, and facility demolitions. These guidelines include required information that a campus must have, or steps the campus must have completed, before any such action will be taken by the Committee and the ¾º²Â×ãÇòapp,Âò×ãÇò¾º²Êapp.
